Małgorzata Bobrowska
Małgorzata Bobrowska is a co-founder and a Managing Partner.
She joined The Carlyle Group in 2008, where she was responsible for transactions in consumer products, retail and manufacturing.
Prior to that she was a Project Director in the International Expansion department of the largest Polish insurance company, PZU. She also worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Co. in Chicago and Warsaw.
From 2018 to 2022, she served as a Member of the Management Board, and from 2022 to 2025 as President of the Management Board of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK). She is also a co-leader of the Polish Level20 Committee and a mentor for the NGO sector in the Social Business Accelerator program. Małgorzata was honored with the Social Business Accelerator Mentor of the Year title in the the PSIK Awards 2021, and twice with the Person of the Year title (PSIK Awards 2021 and 2025), awarded by the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association.
Małgorzata is the Partner responsible for ESG.
She graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and from CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
