Paulina Janik
Paulina Janik is an attorney-at-law and a Compliance & ESG Officer.
Previously, she worked as a Supervisor of the Legal Department and attorney-at-law at Vistra, where she dealt with broadly understood corporate services for the company's clients and conducting sales transactions of the so-called shelf companies. Prior to Vistra, Paulina also worked in the internal legal department of PwC as a paralegal intern.
She graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw where she studied Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration. She is also a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Paulina has completed post graduate studies in the field of Compliance & ESG at the Lazarski University in Warsaw.
