Industry leader and Poland's largest manufacturer of playgrounds, Buglo Play, has acquired an overall stake and become the sole owner of Elverdal, a Danish company specialising in tailor-made projects. This transaction is an important part of Buglo Play's international expansion strategy and the implementation of the company’s key business objectives.

Resource Partners takes over a majority stake in leading CEE online travel agent Interactive Travel Holdings, the parent company of the Romanian brand Vola.ro and Polish brand FRU.pl, which also operates in Bulgaria and Moldova. The acquisition is aimed at further development, expansion into new international markets, and strengthening the company’s leadership in the online travel industry.
