We're incredibly proud to share that Buglo Play - a Resource Partners portfolio company - has been named winner of the ESG Initiative of the Year at the PSIK Awards 2026 Gala (the flagship awards of the Polish Private Equity & Venture Capital Association).
Buglo, the largest playground manufacturer in Poland, isn't just building the places where kids play - it's redefining what responsible manufacturing looks like in our industry. As the first company in its sector across Central & Eastern Europe, Buglo has:
- Measured its full carbon footprint - Scope 1, 2 & 3, all the way down to the product level
- Trained 500+ children in ecology, safe play and first aid
- Rolled out the Recycling Line - playgrounds made from recycled materials, turning the circular economy into reality
Received EcoVadis certification for sustainability achievements
Voluntarily implemented CSRD reporting aligned with ESRS standards

PLG group signs agreement to acquire iaBilet
PLG group, one of the reputable ticketing groups in the Baltics and Central Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire iaBilet, a well-established Romanian ticketing platform, from Resource Partners, one of the largest CEE private equity firms, alongside the company's founders, who will remain engaged in the business and are expected to continue contributing to its development, including at board level. The sale, agreed eight months after Resource Partners' initial investment, marks a highly successful exit for the Fund, delivering expedited returns to its investors.
