Closing the investment in SPS Handel
Resource Partners sold its shares in SPS Handel to the Polfood Group, who through the transaction became the sole owner of SPS.
SPS Handel owns a network of about 60 supermarkets operating in north-eastern Poland under the Prim brand. In addition, it runs a distribution center in Ostrołęka serving wholesalers and commercial networks as well as a cash & carry wholesale center. Polfood Group is also the owner of Melvit and Zakłady Mięsne Pekpol.
