LUX MED acquires MAVIT from the Founders and Resource Partners
Medical Center MAVIT is a recognized and award-winning medical network, operating on the market of healthcare services for almost 20 years. The offer includes a wide range of ophthalmic services, from diagnostics to surgery for cataracts, laser vision correction, glaucoma and AMD. The company employs over 100 doctors and nearly 200 supporting personnel. Patients can benefit from services both commercially and as part of a contract with the NFZ.
In 2010, the Resource Partners fund joined as the majority partner to the Founders of the Medical Center MAVIT financing the expansion of the hospital in Katowice, and in subsequent years, expanding the hospital and diagnostic center in Warsaw and expanding the range of services provided.

The transaction is still awaiting the decision of UOKiK.

The company has also partnered with iconic brands such as Boeing, NASA, Lockheed Martin, Top Gun, Maserati, Fiat, Opel, Citroen and Northrop Grumman.
