Resource Partners and Artgeist: Strategic Partnership for Portfolio Diversification and Operational Strengthening
Resource Partners has entered into an investment agreement under which Artgeist Sp. z o.o., one of Europe’s leading producers and distributors of wall décor and interior design solutions, has secured a majority investor to support its product diversification strategy. The capital and know-how of the new investor will be directed towards the development of new product categories, scaling up production capacity, and further digitalizing core processes – from demand planning and offer personalization to post-sales support. The objective is to broaden the portfolio, elevate customer experience, and reinforce the company’s long-term market position.
In parallel, Artgeist has signed an operational cooperation agreement with Doboxa Sp. z o.o. Under a service-based model, Doboxa will support Artgeist in key business areas – production, logistics, and IT. The partnership focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, shortening delivery lead times, optimizing costs, and accelerating the rollout of new product categories.
