Our portfolio company, Torf Corporation, won the Product of the Year 2017 awarded by Men's Health magazine.
The winning products were:
- dermo men sensitive - soothing after-shave balm
- dermo men barber - balm-gel for men with facial hair
- dermo men anti-age 40+ - regenerating anti-wrinkle cream
- dermo men pure - deep cleansing face gel
- dermo men hair –a strengthening anti hair-loss tonic
The readers of Men's Health considered dermo men pure (deepcleansing face gel) and green men (refreshing shower gel) as the best products.
PLG group signs agreement to acquire iaBilet
PLG group, one of the reputable ticketing groups in the Baltics and Central Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire iaBilet, a well-established Romanian ticketing platform, from Resource Partners, one of the largest CEE private equity firms, alongside the company's founders, who will remain engaged in the business and are expected to continue contributing to its development, including at board level. The sale, agreed eight months after Resource Partners' initial investment, marks a highly successful exit for the Fund, delivering expedited returns to its investors.
