Resource Partners, a private equity fund created by a former Carlyle Group team, has just closed the third transaction of its debut fund. The fund will manage EUR158 million, EUR8 million more than planned. Despite unfavorable market conditions the fund, which started collecting funds in 2009,had its first closing of EUR51 million in October last year, and the second of EUR102 million in May this year.
