We are the majority shareholder in Interchem
We signed an investment agreement to acquire shares and increase capital in Interchem.
Interchem S.A. Group was established in 1996. Since 2000 the company has been developing its network of “Aster” drugstores. Currently, the network includes 119 shops, mainly in the northeastern Poland, located in small and medium towns. The company is also one of the largest wholesalers in household and personal care products.
“We have gained a strong financial partner, thanks to whom our group will actively participate in the dynamic growth of the Polish household and personal care market and will strengthen its position on this market, said Paweł Chodakowski-Malkiewicz, CEO of Interchem.
“We have decided to acquire a majority stake in Interchem S.A., as the company’s expansion potential impressed us. We strongly believe in the company’s organic growth, as well as the potential to consolidate the Polish market,” said Piotr Noceń, Managing Partner of Resource Partners.
PLG group signs agreement to acquire iaBilet
PLG group, one of the reputable ticketing groups in the Baltics and Central Europe, has signed an agreement to acquire iaBilet, a well-established Romanian ticketing platform, from Resource Partners, one of the largest CEE private equity firms, alongside the company's founders, who will remain engaged in the business and are expected to continue contributing to its development, including at board level. The sale, agreed eight months after Resource Partners' initial investment, marks a highly successful exit for the Fund, delivering expedited returns to its investors.
